This schedule is designed to offer something for everyone; whether you want to get fitter, become more mobile, or indulge in some mindful movement, you can find it here. Each class offers levels for everyone, no matter what stage your fitness or yoga journey is at.

Sweat-45 - Group Fitness

Vinyasa - Yoga

Yogility - Yoga/Mobility Hybrid

Beach Yoga - during the months April- September on days where weather and tidal conditions allow.

Classes

Vinyasa – Sophie’s dynamic Vinyasa classes work on building strength and mobility whilst exploring playful movements, fluid transitions within peak flows, rather than just focusing on the journey to one peak pose.

Sweat level II

Yogility – Sophie’s Yoga + Mobility classes are a hybrid of yoga style stretches and functional movement patterns, ideal for those just starting their yoga journey, to improve posture, or athletes looking to improve their mobility, to help them in their field of sport.

Sweat level I

Sweat-45 (fitness) – Sophie’s SWEAT-45 is an inclusive, 45-minute, fun fitness group class for everyone. Each class will include a session specific warm-up, main session of circuits, some weight training, bodyweight training, cardio, HIIT style workout followed by a cool-down. Expect; teamwork, pairs work, kettlebells, good tunes, lots of laughs and a great start to your day. All levels welcome.

Sweat level II-III

 

Flow online

From simple 10 minute mobility routines to 40 minute Vinyasa flows, Sophie has a selection of classes available on YouTube for you to flow. So if you’re looking to learn how to arm balance or improve your mobility there’s a class for you.

 
 

1-2-1 yoga classes

 Sophie also has a select amount of space for 1-2-1 yoga classes a week. No matter what your reasons are for practising yoga, or what stage your yoga journey is at, Sophie will be happy to help.
